Slow Cookers for easy dinners! One of my New Year's resolutions is to find and make more meals in my Crockpot, or slow cooker. I found this slow cooker pork chop recipe on The Frugal Girls website. They called theirs "Crockpot BBQ Coca-Cola Pork Chops"! Well, since it only used 3 ingredients, I decided to name mine, "3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Pork Chops". Mama makes the BEST Potato Broccoli Soup!!! My Mama makes the absolute BEST Potato Broccoli Soup ever! I love to go there on days when she has made this creamy delicious chock-full-of-vegetables soup:) Usually, she makes a pan of homemade Mexican Cornbread to serve with it. There is NOTHING better! But when you watch the programs on Food Network about how to make barbecue, the process can be daunting and out of reach for the average person.
