Chicken, Spinach and Brown Rice, a delicious 3-ingredient main dish! In my search for quick and easy, healthy main dishes, I found this 3-ingredient Chicken, Spinach and Brown Rice recipe. I'm not a fan of cooked spinach, but I love chicken and brown rice. So, I decided to give it a try. I was surprisingly pleased with how good it was and how pretty it was on the plate! Presentation! A Heavenly Chicken Dish: Chicken & Broccoli with Angel Hair Pasta! Lynn has been "under the weather" for a few days. In thinking about what he might like or want to eat, I decided to make Chicken & Broccoli with Angel Hair Pasta for dinner. It was "heavenly"! The flavors reminded me of a Pasta Primavera that we made at our Pizza Classic restaurant in the late 1980's. It was a vegetarian dish with a lot of fresh vegetables, pasta, and parmesan cheese. A Slow Cooker Comfort Food! Chicken Pot Pie . . . the epitome of comfort food! The problem? It takes too much time to make! But, if you make it in the slow cooker, i.e., your crockpot, it goes beyond easy! You may be asking, "What makes it so easy?" The answer . . . you put all of the "filling" in the slow cooker, turn it on, and it cooks itself while you go about your day.
