Southwest BBQ Chicken Salad for summer!

Southwest BBQ Chicken Salad! A couple of weeks ago, I made a Corny Mexican Dip. I took some to Candace's shop for the girls to try. To say that they loved it is an understatement!!! They made it two or three times in the coming two weeks. So, last week, I got a text about how to find my Corny Mexican Dip online so they could make it again. By the time I saw the text, they had found it and had made it. The next day, I got to the shop and Victoria had come up with a Southwest BBQ Chicken Salad using my Corny Mexican Dip!
