Leprechaun Munch for St. Patrick’s Day!

Who's ready for St. Patrick's Day? I love St. Patrick's Day! And, I love everything about St. Patrick's Day . . . especially the food!!! And this year, I made a new snack, Leprechaun Munch, for my kids and grandkids. The original recipe is from a Monster Munch I did for Halloween.  I just substituted a few ingredients and had a new treat! My son, Jason, likes Munch! When I made the Monster Munch, I gave some to my youngest son, Jason. He LOVED it!!! So, when St. Patrick's Day was coming, I wanted to make the munch again and give some, not only to Jason, but to all my children and grandchildren. Peanut Snow Mix, a delicious treat!

A Holiday Tradition . . . Snow Mix has become a holiday tradition! And, now, I'm adding Peanut Snow Mix to my list, which is a variation of the original. In fact, I think it is actually better than the original Snow Mix. In my previous post, I shared with you that on Saturday, Trey and his children came over for me to help him make Snow Mix. It has been one of my favorite "munch" type snacks to make during the holidays for years. It is both colorful and delicious. Mama's Homemade Granola Bars . . . Mama has made these Homemade Granola Bars for years and years. Everyone in our family loves them, so when she makes them, she will send some home with us or put some in the freezer for when we visit her. My husband, Lynn, LOVES them!
