Buffalo Chicken Wrap . . . a new one for me! Today I tried a new wrap for lunch . . . a Buffalo Chicken Wrap! I have never wanted to try it because I thought it would be hotter than I would like. But, surprisingly, it was not! Of course, we used "Medium" buffalo sauce instead of "Hot". So, I think it could be hotter for those who like it hot! Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap!

Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap, a perfect lunch sandwich! Chicken and bacon are two of my favorite foods. And, two of my favorite things to eat for lunch are this Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap and the Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad. Both use essentially the same ingredients. The only decision to make is . . . do you want a sandwich or a salad? Or, you can have both if you like! Just eat a smaller wrap and a smaller salad. Yum!!! Though the Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap is filling, it is great for a quick and easy lunch during summer months. Cobb Wrap, a new recipe!

A summer wrap . . . Recently I was looking through one of my magazines, Taste of Home (April/May, 2016), and I saw where a woman said she makes Cobb Salad Sub Sandwiches. I was intrigued by the prospect of creating a sandwich out of a salad! But, I'm not a big fan of sub sandwiches, so I thought about making a Cobb Wrap! So, while at Candace's shop, we made one. It is, of course, based on the popular Cobb Salad, which is sold in Candace's shop. What is a Cobb Salad? What's been going on??? As many of you know, my daughter, Candace, who owns "Chef Candace", recently had surgery to remove a tumor from her colon. It was cancer, but thankfully, it had not spread to any lymph nodes nor any other organs. Prayers were answered!!! Because of her surgery, hospital stay, and my needing to help her when she came home, I have not been able to post anything on my blog. I am getting caught up now!
